We help small businesses in Fresno County start strong and scale with confidence.
Our vision
We’re building a Fresno County where small businesses thrive — powered by diverse entrepreneurs of all ages, backgrounds, and neighborhoods. And where their success fuels family wealth, community growth, and a legacy of pride, purpose, and prosperity for generations to come.

What we do
We help small businesses start strong and scale with confidence in Fresno County — especially those led by women, people of color, and first-time entrepreneurs. We bring together lenders, business service providers, and trusted community organizations to make it easy for entrepreneurs to get the funding and resources they need in one place.
Capital
We help small business owners access the funding they need to launch, grow, and thrive — from microloans and grants to credit-building tools and flexible capital — for key investments.
Capacity Building
We build capacity by strengthening the trusted partners small businesses rely on and delivering skill-building support—in multiple languages and in the spaces where entrepreneurs already are.
Community
We strengthen community by creating shared spaces, referral networks, and events that bring entrepreneurs, service providers, and policymakers together — including into the conversations that can lead to lasting policy change.
Our Partners
Together, Scale Fresno partners have over 50 years of experience serving Fresno County's small businesses.
